CMD Setup

Filtration Multiwell Device (FMD)

We use the FMD to filter up to 96 samples at once. All solids are directly transferred to HT-PXRD instrumentation—no extra transfer or sample handling needed.

  • Ideal for crystallization workups and solvothermal synthesis
  • Gravity or vacuum filtration with various mesh sizes
  • Clean diffraction data with little to no background interference

Grinding Multiwell Device (GMD)

Our team leverages the GMD to perform multiple small-scale mechanochemical reactions at once; then, we seamlessly separate the solid samples from the mixing media and transfer the entire device to an XRD instrument for analysis.

  • Compatible with common well plates and mixing systems

Reactor Multiwell Device (RMD)

Used for complex reaction setups under heat or light—all in a sealed, safe format.

Crystallization Multiwell Device (CMD)

With the CMD, we can screen a wide range of crystallization conditions with minimal solvent and grow single crystals for SC-XRD.
