CMD Setup

Filtration Multiwell Device (FMD)

Filter up to 96 samples in a matter of seconds and directly transfer all the solids captured to your analytical instrument without the need for additional sample preparation.

  • Ideal for work-up after reaction crystallization and solvothermal synthesis
  • Gravity or vacuum filtration with various mesh sizes
  • Virtually no background contribution to diffraction data

Micronizing Multiwell Device (MMD)

Perform multiple small-scale mechanochemical reactions at once; then, seamlessly separate the solid samples from the mixing media and transfer the entire device to an XRD instrument for analysis.

  • Compatible with commercial plastic well plates
  • Suitable for ball mills and resonant acoustic mixers

Reactor Multiwell Device (RMD)

Prepare samples between two thin films to allow for synthesis and characterization of materials in a single convenient device.

  • Suitable for mechanochemistry and photo/thermal reactions up to 200°C
